Is there something you are working towards, wanting to bring more into your life with awareness? Come make a block of intention, learn what setting intention is and then placing that attention towards this goal. We will make a block of intention, choose a wood block and create with your own internal guidance a reminder. We will paint, draw and create, you will go home with something for your intentional space.

Friendly, small group setting of 6 students.
Step-by-step instruction with room for your personal creativity.
All levels are welcome, including absolute beginners.

• Paint and Brushes
