What You’ll Do:

Learn the art of linocut printmaking and design your own festive holiday cards. In this workshop, you will:

• Create a unique relief print design perfect for cards.

• Learn linoleum cutting techniques to carve your design.

• Experiment with ink colors and printing on card stock.

• Produce a set of one-of-a-kind, hand-printed holiday cards ready to share with loved ones.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your custom blockprint, finished cards, and the skills to create more at home!

What’s Included:

All necessary materials for the workshop are provided, including:

• Linoleum carving block

• Pencil and transfer tools

• Linoleum cutter, inking plate, ink, and brayer

• Card stock and envelopes

What You’ll Learn:

• How to design and create a linocut relief print

• Techniques for transferring and carving designs

• Printing methods for clean, professional-looking cards

This is a friendly, small-group setting with step-by-step instruction and plenty of room for personal creativity. All levels are welcome, including absolute beginners.
